Bottom Discharger Tanker

We have various ranges of bulk belly tankers available ranging from 34000L to 40000L capacities. These can be supplied with or without power packs and include 12 months mot and pressure testing certification.

Tipping Tankers

We have various ranges of tipping tankers from 45-65000L capacity. Supplied with or without power packs and include electric or hydraulic tipping systems. Included is full a 12 months mot and pressure testing certification. However, you operate we can cater for you.

Accoustic Power Packs

Our selection of power packs include the latest in technological advancements with regards to tier 5 emissions and silenced air systems. Capable of producing up to 1740m3/hr compressed air and noise levels reduced down to 74dba at 1 mtr.

Liquid & Compressor Installations

Our light weight solutions are optimal for maximising your payload. We offer high quality performing compressors at competitive prices. Additionally, our Powder & Liquid installation team offer bespoke solutions working in all challenging conditions and will be on hand to support our customers with a solution that’s right for you.

Vacuum Tankers

100% Bespoke to suit your operations. These tankers are up to 60000L capacity using the latest JCB tier 5 engine and Holmes blower. Along with the WG acoustic surround these have been developed and silenced to operate at 82dba at 1mtr and produce 1/2bar vacuum.

Land Based Compressor Accoustic Power Packs

With the latest engine and compressor technologies these can produce up to 900m3 of air per hour and has noise levels of less than 77dba at 3 mtrs.

Carbon Filtration Tankers

Our Carbon Filtration Tankers are bespoke built to tailor our customers requirements. With a built in sprinkler system for internal wash down and x3 top loading air operated systems. We use the latest Tier 5 JCB engine and GHH CS85 compressor producing up to 940m3/phr air and silencing systems.

Bulk ISO Tankers

We have a selection of Food Grade and Bulk Powder ISO Tankers mounted on our Skeletal Tip Trailers powered by 24v Electric Hydraulic Tipping System.

Skeletal Tipping Trailer

We have a range of skeletal tipping trailers. Complete with electric tipping 24v anderson connections.

WG Tanker LTD offer a specialised hose testing

Our trained staff will travel to your location, and with specialist equipment will pressure test your hoses to ensure that they are in a safe working order. Any hoses which fail can be assembled on the spot and replaced immediately. Hoses that pass the test are given a new WG code and a certificate, therefore ensuring all information is up to date. Method statements and Health and Safety guidelines are issued to comply with the relevant site’s own procedures. All hoses which are assembled in WG’s hose workshop are tested using air pressure or water pressure techniques. For more information please contact us.
